image'Tomb Raider's Lara Croft returns to the big screen, Billy Bob Thornton talks 'Bad Santa' sequel, Warner Bros. goes futuristic with legendary strongman 'Samson', Hilary Duff takes a shot at 'Bonnie and Clyde' and 'The A-Team' film is on the move with direction.

Angelina Jolie is out but who will be the new Lara Croft? Warner Bros. is developing a reboot of the 'Lara Croft: Tomb Raider' films based on the popular video game franchise. The new project will re-imagine the origins of the character, her love interest and the main villain.

You can't keep a 'Bad' man down. In a recent interview with 'E! Daily 10', actor Billy Bob Thornton was asked if he would ever do a sequel to any of his movies. Thornton responded, "We are actually talking about going back and doing a sequel to 'Bad Santa' because people want it."

Warner Bros. has locks of love for 'Samson'. The studio has acquired the pitch for the futuristic retelling of the biblical Samson and Delilah story.

Lizzie Maguire is going gangster. Singer-actress Hilary Duff, most recently seen in 'War, Inc.'  will star as Bonnie in a new adaptation of 'The Story of Bonnie and Clyde'.

I love it when a plan comes together. 20th Century Fox's big-screen version of the 1980s series 'The A-Team' moves forward with Joe Carnahan ('Smokin' Aces') in negotiations to direct. Show co-creator Stephen J. Cannell will serve as a producer.
