‘Man of Steel’ Flies to Metropolis, Daily Planet

Man of Steel Production takes over the Chicago Loop. Filming of the new Superman reboot, Man of Steel, resumes in the City of Chicago on Wednesday through September 17. The Chicago Board of Trade Building has reportedly been selected as the exterior of Metropolis newspaper The Daily Planet. Interior shots will take place inside The Willis Tower, formerly the Sears Tower.

‘Man of Steel’ stars Henry Cavill, Amy Adams, Kevin Costner, Diane Lane and Michael Shannon and is directed by Zack Snyder.
