Kid Cudi Joins Need for Speed. Aaron Paul, Imogen Poots and Dominic Cooper star in DreamWorks’ film adaptation of EA’s popular video game series. Rapper-turned-actor Kid Cudi (How to Make It in America) has joined the cast of Need for Speed as Aaron Paul’s character’s best friend. The car racing adventure has also added Ramon Rodriguez (Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen) and Rami Malek (The Master). The story follows an underground race car driver (Paul) who owns a garage that modifies expensive cars to make them faster for racing.
