Martin Sheen Will Return in The Amazing Spider-Man 2

Martin Sheen has confirmed that he will return for The Amazing Spider-Man 2 despite the fact that his character Uncle Ben died in the first movie.
“They’ve called me back, I don’t know what the part is gonna be, but I’m going to be Uncle Ben once again in Spider-Man next year,” Martin Sheen told Ireland’s “The Late Late Show” on RTÉ Television.
Sheen will most likely appear in flashbacks as Spider-Man continues his manhunt for the gunman, with the star tattoo on his wrist, responsible for Uncle Ben’s death.
Sheen joins Andrew Garfield, Emma Stone, and new additions Shailene Woodley as Mary Jane Watson, Dane DeHaan as Harry Osborn, and Jamie Foxx as the villain Electro. Sally Field is expected to reprise her role as the ever inquisitive Aunt May. See More

Chronicle star Dane DeHaan has been cast as Harry Osborn in Columbia Pictures upcoming The Amazing Spider-Man 2.
Harry, the son of Norman Osborn and his alter-ego Green Goblin, was in the comics a close friend and classmate to Peter Parker and later became a villain, taking up the Goblin mantle himself. In Sam Raimi’s original trilogy, the role was played by James Franco. See More
Jamie Foxx in Talks to Play Electro in The Amazing Spider-Man 2

Jamie Foxx is in early talks to play the central villain in the highly anticipated The Amazing Spider-Man 2, the sequel to last summer’s Spider-Man reboot, reports Variety.
Foxx would play the supervillain Electro, the alter ego of Max Dillon, an enemy of Spider-Man who gains the ability to control electricity after being struck by lightning. Created by Stan Lee and Steve Ditko, the character first appeared in “The Amazing Spider-Man #9″ in February 1964. See More
