X-Men: Apocalypse Casts Young Cyclops, Jean Grey and Storm

Director Bryan Singer has added Tye Sheridan (Joe), Sophie Turner (Game of Thrones) and Alexandra Shipp (Aaliyah: The Princess of R&B) to the cast of X-Men: Apocalypse.

The trio will play younger versions of their characters. Sheridan has landed the role of Cyclops, a mutant who projects optic blasts from his eyes; Turner will play the telepath Jean Grey; and Shipp is Storm, whose powers include the ability to control the weather.
