Sony Unveils PlayStation 4 and DualShock 4 Controller

Sony held its PlayStation Meeting 2013 event in New York and officially announced the highly anticipated PlayStation 4 will arrive Holiday 2013! You can watch the PlayStation 4 developer video from the live event using the player below.

The PS4 features a X86 CPU, enhanced PS GPU, 8 gigabytes of unified memory and local storage hard drive.

The game console will come with an updated DualShock 4 controller with a touchpad, light bar censor, share (record) button and stereo camera used to track the 3D position of the Move-compatible controller. Play session will be saved in RAM and updates will now happen in the background.

PlayStation 2013 Meeting also debuted the game trailers for Deep Down (Working Title), DriveClub, The Witness, Knack, inFAMOUS: Second Son and Killzone Shadow Fall.
