When ‘Watchmen’ director Zack Snyder wanted to find the perfect fedora for the masked vigilante Rorschach he didn’t pluck a hat from Warner Bros. vast costume department, it was made-to-order. ‘Morning Express with Robin Meade’ featured a story this morning in the “Small Business Success” segment about the company Texas Hatters, a custom-made hat shop that crafted several fedoras for actor Jackie Earle Haley’s character. In the exclusive video, the hat maker talks about how he fashioned the fedora using a bust of the actor to get the perfect fit.
